  • Accounting: Ensure that the correct processes are in place and are being followed by US offices.
  • GL/ AP/ AR. 
  • Bank deposit and account reconciliation
  • Collections letters and collections calls each week
  • Cost/ management accounting: develop cost drivers and allocations to enable P&Ls for divisions and departments
  • Purchasing: Ability to negotiate with vendors (including subcontractors & employees). Understanding of pricing options, terms, etc.
